About Us
At Positive Lifestyle Training (PLT) we employ all our trainers on a full time basis. We feel this gives a level of continuity and the opportunity to build comfortable relationships on an individual basis, allowing you to relax and get the very best from your training. Our trainers are constantly assessed, educated in new techniques and procedures from within the company. All trainers are currently CRB checked and proficient in first aid.
