For summer 2010 we are currently offering

Kids Camps:

Action packed fitness and sport sessions, including sports such a Kwik Cricket, Mini Football, Kids Fitness, Ball Sports

Locations -
Gosforth Studio- Tues 1-4pm throughout the summer holidays ages 4-10 and 11-15 £15/day
Rock Hall School- Alnwick. 19th-21st of July 2-4th Aug, £25/day or £60 for 3 days. 10-4pm. Please bring packed lunch

Boot Camps:

Great Park- Tues 6-6.45pm, Sat 9.30-10.15am £4 per person. Meet at Featherstone Green.
Ponteland- Thurs 1-3pm

Mums and Buggies:

Great Park- Tues 9.15-10am £4/person. Meet at Featherstone Green

Initial Consultation £20
£3 per 10 min session with set programme following consultation

Studio Classes running as normal keep an eye out for our new classes.

Everyone is welcome with NO MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED. You can book everything from a complete programme to a one-off class. Please contact us for further details.
